Gay construction worker
I am talking about the wider construction industry. I'm a gay man doing my masters in a Construction-related degree, particularly looking at how intersectionality affects our experiences in an industry infamous for its heteronormativity. Just have a couple of questions for those willing to help out.
LGBTQ+ individuals in construction often face significant barriers, including workplace harassment and a lack of supportive policies. Surveys indicate that many LGBTQ+ workers feel uncomfortable being open about their identity on job sites.
