Dean doesn't love him romantically back. Misha Collins isn't the writer of the show nor the creator of the character. In reality, his statement was nothing more than an empty virtue signal, spawned from an emotional response to the U.S. Supreme Court's (not pro-LGBT) decision that week.

Dean Winchester's bisexuality is a topic that has been discussed for years, perhaps even a decade now, and yet fans are still not done with it. In this article I won't try to prove Dean is bisexual, but rather I'll argue why I believe his coming out as bisexual would be a historical TV moment.
