Are gojo and geto gay

One thing that I see some people bring up is how Gojo calls Geto his "one and only" in JJK 0, which has romantic implications to a western audience. A more accurate translation of what he said to Yuta would be, "he was my one and only best friend".

Officially, Satoru Gojō is not gay in the Jujutsu Kaisen universe. He does not have a romantic interest as of now, but he has not been confirmed as a gay character.
